It’s no ꜱеϲгеt that veteran rapper Tauheed Epps, better known to fans as 2 Chainz, has developed an acute appreciation for luxury items. The Georgia native’s Viceland television series, “Most Expensive” even chronicled his cross-country travels in search of expensive (and interesting!) items.

Therefore, it comes as no surprise that the singer’s predilection for luxury extends to his living quarters. According to public records, 2 Chainz has just shelled out approximately $3.8 million for an even larger residence in the same general area as the Vai residence. The former residence of actress Eva Longoria, who purchased it for $3.6 million in 2006 and sold it for $436,000 less than a decade later, is a luxurious fusion of contemporary and Mediterranean styles.
