Katy Perry Cleared Up That Rumor About Being Related to Taylor Swift
The feud started in 2014, and was famously immortalized with song “Bad Blood.” In an interview about the song, Swift solidified rumors that it was about the two of them saying, “She did something so horrible. I was like, ‘Oh, we’re just straight-up enemies.’ And it wasn’t even about a guy! It had to do with business. She basically tried to sabotage an entire arena tour. Perry’s response set off a firestorm when she wrote, “Watch out for the Regina George in sheep’s clothing…,” on Twitter.
Now that the two are good friends and shining beacons of reconciliation, who knows … maybe there’s a godmother title in Swift’s future since Jennifer Aniston apparently doesn’t have it.
