The linesman had to separate the duo.@Complaxes on Twitter
After they contested the ball, Mane, 31, and Santos, 31, exchanged expletives.
After first walking away from each other, the two faced off.
Mane shoved Santos before the linesman separated them.
When the video of the brawl went viral on social media, fans were quick to react.
One fan Tweeted: “I thought he was a nice guy once.”
A second commented: “This is not his element pls.”
A third wrote: “At least not a teammate this time.”
A fourth said: “😂Love you Sadio.”
Mane would eventually have the last laugh as Al-Nassr won 4-0.
After Cristiano Ronaldo scored a brace, the former Liverpool player scored his team’s third goal of the game.
Sultan AL-Ghannam scored for Al-Nassr two minutes after Ever Banega was sent off for the visitors.
The hosts could have won 5-0 had Abdulrahman Ghareeb not missed a penalty after Ronaldo let him take it despite being on a hat-trick.
After a dismal season with Bayern Munich, Mane moved to Saudi Arabia this summer.
His tenure in Germany came to an end following an altercation with teammate Leroy Sane.
